Worship Dance is a lyrical style of dance that incorporates traditional ballet techniques with other more interpretive movements. Our Worship Dance classes seek to teach students how to worship God through the art of dance in a fun and challenging environment. All dances are set to Christian music and aim to be outward expressions of genuine worship that reflect God’s character and communicate the heart of the Gospel.

At In His Steps New Kent we offer 6 different levels of worship dance classes beginning at age 4 all the way through highschool. You will be assigned to a class appropriate to your age and skill level by the site directors upon receipt of registration. 

Classes begin on January 16th. We offer 16 classes throughout the  semester plus a dress rehearsal and recital. Dates TBD.

Classes are held Thursday evenings between 4 & 8. 

4-5:30pm - Overflow and Dsicpleship program (by invitation) 

5:30-6:15pm - Class 1

5:45-6:45pm - Class 2, & 3

6:55-7:55pm - Class 4, 5, & 6

Please review our refund and cancelation policy before completing registration: "Registering for classes requires a 10% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made before January 31st, 2025 will receive a 90% refund. All cancellations processed Feb 1st or later will NOT be entitled to a refund."
